 Team Monserrate Equestrian Facility

Paradise where our dreams continue to come true...
           Chateau Vista Farm, LLC's Oklahoma location is in partnership with Team Monserrate Equestrian at their home base. Team Monserrate Equestrian's primary home training base, when not on the road showing, is nestled on twenty acres just north of Tulsa, Oklahoma. With a breathtaking view of the Osage Hills, we enjoy a perimeter bridle path around the farm's working prairie land that leads to acres of neighboring land of Indian reservation trails and riding ground both in and around Osage Hills State Park and Wildlife Preserve. With one-of-a-kind country living views in the foothills of Osage country, our training horse facilities offer a variety of amenities including:
  • Fence and cross-fenced property with security perimeter fencing and a fenced perimeter bridle path
  • A keypad and fingerprint gated and paved 36 ft wide driveway
  • All electrified total metal rail turnout access with young and show stock friendly interior safety panels
  • 24-7 full property security surveillance and live on-site staff
  • Fire protection and an anti-theft alarm system connected to a central station with outsourced monitoring
  • Individual stall cameras for each horse including paddock and turn-out camera systems that are WiFi accessible
  • Two stocked ponds with fountains that have shoreline portable mini cabins with picnic tables under mature trees
  • Seventeen acres of manicured fields accessing neighboring land preserve trails and riding areas that have campsite access
  • A tornado-safe all custom metal structure Gambrel barn constructed with 8-inch storm grade diameter solid metal support structure beams that include all interior, wall, and floor metal beams, consisting of high efficiency LED lighting, industrial air circulation fans, a concrete aisleway, a feed room, a tack area, and an extra-large hay loft, while offering five top-of-the-line Priefert 12ft by 12ft stalls
  • Individual dry runs measuring 14ft by 48ft off of three shed row style 12ft by 12ft stallion safe stalls
  • A full working cattle chute with swing panel fencing and a branding stock with a range horse hitching post
  • A working farrier/blacksmith shop with electric overhead doors, 220-amp electrical service and water hose station accessibility
  • A separate "quarantine" outdoor stall area measuring 20ft by 40ft with large attached outdoor paddock area
  • Two covered horse trailer storage areas with concrete pads to fit truck and trailers with an adjacent outdoor trailer storage pad
  • An extra-large compost bin
  • An efficiency bulk storage shed measuring 12ft by 26ft
  • Two outdoor wash racks with concrete pads and hitching areas
  • A stand-alone main property 1,900 square foot dwelling with two extra-large living rooms, a wood burning fireplace, storm-safe roofing, an aerobic irrigation septic system, central heating and cooling, traditional mudroom and dog washing station, a fully modernized kitchen complete with bay windows, an office, and living space consisting of four bedrooms with two full bathrooms, topped off with an outdoor heated/covered patio area with hot tub, grill station, and exterior media entertainment amenities
  • A human and small animal safe fully concreted in-ground storm shelter
  • A large industrial grain bin for bulk feed storage
  • Hot/cold water heated indoor 14ft by 14ft wash rack with a concrete base and slip safe footing
  • Two 14ft X 14ft indoor grooming areas
  • A five-acre Hunter Derby jumping irrigated grass field
  • A seven-acre irrigated jumping field with cross-country and Grand Prix style jumps
  • Specialty hydro-rolled and vacuum groomed pastures
  • Extra-large alfalfa hay fields producing over 60 round bales of hay per year all weed treated and re-seeded annually

    • A 100ft X 220ft dust free geo-textile footing irrigated indoor arena with garage door opening windows, dressage mirrors, slanted oak kick wall, built in sprinkler system, state-of-the-art surround sound system and speakers, remote sale horse viewing capabilities, and viewing capacity for clinics and events which includes a full schooling indoor jump set and/or regulation dressage arena set-up
    • Built-in indoor arena sprinkler system
    • A 180ft by 300ft irrigated sand outdoor riding arena with a viewing gazebo and adjoining family friendly picnic area
    • A traditional 100 ft irrigated sand indoor round pen and a stallion/young stock range-like outdoor all metal 100ft backing round pen irrigated with all-weather footing
    • A six horse fully enclosed round Kraft horse walker which offers speed adjustment and automatic change of direction
    • A Horse Gym USA treadmill and an equine solarium stall with TheraPlate
